Most compliance-software publishers are teams of developers who learned the regulation along the way. Here the order is reversed: legal competence precedes the code; it is at the origin of the project. Compliance is not an argument added afterwards: it is the starting point.
A graduate of the tax-law Master's at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a former soldier of the French Army (Foreign Legion, reconnaissance unit), Moïse NDONDA returned to advising SMEs and entrepreneurs on legal and tax compliance. His proximity to new technologies led him to formulate the concept of pre-emptive compliance through digitalisation and software, and to found The Citadel-ÉPOPÉE to structure this vision by mobilising the means and competences it requires.
