Data Collected
This is an institutional presentation website. It contains no form and actively collects no personal data. If you write to our contact address, we process the data you choose to send us (name, email address, message content) for the sole purpose of replying to your request. No data is collected for advertising or profiling purposes.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Email exchanges are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to us. Audience measurement, anonymous and without individual identification, also relies on our legitimate interest in understanding site traffic.
Subprocessors
To operate, the site relies on the following subprocessor, GDPR-compliant:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and anonymous audience measurement.
Data transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Fonts are self-hosted: displaying them involves no request to any third party.
Retention Period
The emails you send us are retained for the time needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires otherwise.
Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to contact@citadel-epopee.com. We respond within 30 days maximum.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers. Audience measurement is anonymised and sets no individual identification cookie. No consent is therefore required.
Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect the site and exchanges: TLS encryption, strict security headers (CSP, HSTS), access limitation.
Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with regulations, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority), cnil.fr.
